Life Coach Directory design - wip continued

Still working on this design. It's for a new logo for this website which I'm completely redesigning in terms of brand, content, layout, UX/UI and functionality.

Feedback would be much appreciated. To me the icon resembles both a tree (for growth) and an arrow pointing up (for success). It needs to looks very modern and sophisticated to appeal to high end executives but also to the single person looking to make life/career changes.
