eCommerce UI Component Library

The idea to strategise and design a complete eCommerce component library was born when a project came up on providing fresh design perspectives to a couple of eCommerce clients. While working on these projects, I noticed patterns which were similar to all these sites. I observed repeated similar elements and patterns across multiple designs, prompting me to pitch an idea to the team to think about designing a holistic, comprehensive UI library dedicated to eCommerce.

The above are a few screens that have been worked upon.

This project is still in progress and is constantly evolving. The team and I working on adding new components, exploring other skins and themes to add to the growing repository and improving the design on a few that we think could be better. Working on a product is a long, learning process, but we definitely enjoy the challenge of doing things that help us improve our skills as designers.
