Dentist Logo Design

I'm doing a logo design for a start up dentist office. I can't reveal the company's name quite yet, but it has to do with a larger city vision. Creating a toothbrush out of a cityscape seemed appropriate. Although I would normally say this is too cluttered in the smaller version, I personally think it holds a color to it when it is reduced. What do you guys think?
