Helping professionals to pick the right business software with OMR Reviews

OMR helps digital marketers in Germany with networking and exchanging digital marketing knowledge — during OMR Festival on-site once a year and during Digital Masterclasses events online throughout the year.

The OMR Reviews value propositions were to:

  • grow SaaS companies’ software user base with promotion through software reviews

  • help software users with choosing the right software for their business.

We were considering three customer segments while building the platform: vendors (software providers), reviewers and buyers (vendor’s customers).

The biggest challenge of the project was to balance the needs of different customer segments: software vendors, buyers and reviewers during feature prioritization.

OMR Reviews have attracted over 800 companies in 40 categories and became the most beneficial continuous project in the company.
