Nooka Space is a tech-enabled network of proximity offices, dedicated to individuals that embrace the hybrid work style, empowering them to be more productive, focused, and creative.

These smart offices are fully equipped and secure, at affordable prices, and can be booked via the Nooka mobile application that we designed some time ago.

Born in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the changes taking place in the global labor market, the Nooka Space concept proposes a smart, flexible and efficient way of working, by creating a network of hi-tech proximity offices.

New Feature Design Request 🥳

With the desire to connect people that work remotely in mind, the Nooka Open Bookings concept was born. The vision behind this feature was simple, yet powerful - Nooka will offer Nooksters (Nooka users) the possibility to connect and work together based on similar work interests.

Together with the product team @Nooka we went through several discovery sessions, brainstormed different ways on how we can introduce this feature, iterated, then iterated some more until we designed a beautiful and easy way for people to work together.

The main focus was on the figuring out the following user flows:

• Create open booking

• Join open booking

• Create private booking & invite friends

• Invited friend views

• Update booking date & time
