2017 - Payment Gateway Portal - OVO

Sometimes I'm unsure how to respond when my friends ask if I made the main application. 😅

Once I received a complaint from my relative, he gave me some advice on enhancing a project's user experience. Honestly, I don't have a broader view of the project he pointed out because I don't work on it and am not sure I can help with it. It's not that I don't want to fix and receive the feedback immediately. All I can do is pass the feedback on to the right people; sometimes, internal voices are not as loud as customers 😅.

I have other work that most users might not use directly. I not only serve requests from customers, but I also meet the needs of internal stakeholders. Designing a portal, internal system, or back office is challenging to explain. But I will still support in contributing to achieving the company's goals, be it business goals or user experience goals 🎯.
