Due Diligence and Deal Flow has come a long way since the days of physical data rooms. As deals become larger, more complex, and cross borders, new tools are required to match the data security requirements.
A virtual data room can be a powerful engine for deal execution, hence the introduction of Cubicle, an AI-powered virtual data room. I designed the landing page and the web application. I was inspired by other data room products I used while working as an Investment Banker.
