Just bee - Sensory tool system

This project is about trying to break down the sensory range in which we perceive food, and the different variables that assemble it, by using the means of the central mediator with which we meet our food: The dishes and tools we eat with.

Many studies deal with the holistic and close relationship between the dishes in which we eat in, and how we perceive the taste, Quality, texture shape and many other ingredients in the food we eat.

In my research, I've tried to decipher how controlled editing and processing of sensory elements like temperature, color, weight, volume shape and tactile qualities can weld and reorganize, radicalize or completely change our eating experience. It can create new contexts of sensory experiences within it, and encourage better engagement and full presence in the moment through sharpening and listening more accurately and sensitively to our senses.
