Celebrate Jakarta 495
This artwork actually is my last year's project for Jakarta's anniversary that didn't make it to the finishing step. And I don't want to be drama queen, but I'm so happy that I have a chance to finish it last week! It is so satisfying to finish one of your WIPs✨
After more than a year of absence from making a new artwork with a cyberpunk theme, yesterday I updated a new one on my dedicated flat isometric Instagram account 🌌 I didn't make it at 494, but absolutely I did it for Jakarta Celebrate 495 🎆🌇🎇
I set the main object of this work as the flame of the National Monument, the icon of Jakarta, which is covered with 50 kg of gold foil 🔥
The Early Step
At the coloring step, I always work with the final background color. The gradient swatches are the same colors as my other cyberpunk artworks.

I will happily continue this isometric project, but it might be taking so long because I need to learn more and more stuff 🎈 being a designer and an artist at the same body makes your brain realize that you don't know much about anything AND you want to do many things 😂
Since I never uploaded the video of my old cyberpunk artworks here, so maybe the next two posts will be about the same theme.
