Wanna Be Friends
I have sketched this concept while attending a particularly boring meeting.
Special thanks to Jeff Brodsky's fantastic custom trunk/tentacle rig system and Julian Oberbeck who made an autorigger script using that technique.
Used programs:
– Maya (modeling, rigging, skinning)
- Zbrush (sculpting, normal maps)
– Mudbox (texturing)
– UV Layout (UV maps)
– Cinema 4D (rendering, water effects)
Technical data:
- two sets of 4K maps
- low poly meshes with Normal maps from Zbrush.
– rendered with C4D physical renderer.
- hair created by using Fibers in Zbrush
- water effects created by using C4D Object cloner and Metaballs.
