Hey designers! Presenting the dashboard design for the employer module of our automobile recruitment platform.

Here, we have kept the layout such that the employers get an overview of the active jobs posted on the portal, number of new applicants, reviewed and shortlisted. 

Moreover, to eliminate the need for any third part task management tool, we have provided an option to view tasks as well as schedule for the upcoming interviews.

This make life easier for the recruiters and HR managers by getting all the information necessary just from the dashboard itself. Isn’t it a good UX?
