About

Canada's largest bank uses its mobile apps to be more close to its consumers and understand how Canadians get involved with finance and money.

The Problem

Always trying to improve its mobile applications, integrating different products throughout the company, creating new digital services, and trying to have fewer support calls from consumers.

As a senior mobile designer, I was constantly working with product managers and developers to create and maintain RBC's features within the native apps. Also, I was responsible for creating future concepts for new features, working closely with the strategy team and C-levels of digital products.
