Columbia Creek is a group of companies with the goal to make homes beautiful, comfortable and affordable by using mass-production methods. The main request for the logo series was to create recognizable symbols for the Development, Construction, and Property Management companies while maintaining the visual unity.

We took a simple image of a house as a core idea. Rotating the symbol to the C letter we removed all the walls except one. The open space can be interpreted as panoramic windows and unity with nature, while the roof provides the feeling of comfort.

By changing the content of the symbol, we get logos for different directions. With this elegant solution, each logo represents its company and refers to the group's shared vision.
