What would we do without physiotherapists?

Physiotherapy regulators are essential. If you have ever received physiotherapy services before, the quality of your experience is largely owed to regulators. For this website, there were key user needs that I took into account. Most notably: filing complaints and verifying a physiotherapist.

When designing this site, it was essential users could accomplish these tasks easily.

To support the incredible work of this governing body, I designed a user friendly, flexible, and organized website. This process involved developing the most optimal sitemap possible. Also, bringing key information, like the Verify a Physiotherapist feature, to the homepage.

The Physiotherapy College of Alberta is required to meet standards set by their governing body. In developing this site, I was careful to adhere to these rules to ensure that their site supports important functionalities (such as the ability to submit complaints).
