Drag and Drop to Tabs Concept

To move to the next card, you must move the current card to Could Work (thumbs up) or No Thanks (garbage can). The drop targets are also navigation tabs.

My question - is it a bad idea to use the navigation tabs as drop targets? I'd love your feedback!

PS - this is a wireframe and the dotted circles are there for conceptual purposes...
