Eligibility Criteria for a Child Visa

Your child can apply for this visa if they are sponsored by you or your partner and:

• They could be your biological, adopted, or stepchildren. • They don’t have a partner. • They are in compliance with health regulations. • They have the necessary personality traits (if they are over 16). • They are either under the age of 18 or full-time students aged 18 to 25. (unable to work and financially dependent on you) • They are over the age of 18 and have a disability. They must have lost whole or partial control of their physical and mental abilities, making it impossible for them to work full-time.
