Brief

Creating a new app to help people track personal music sales and streaming data as well as those of popular artists. Additionally equipped with a feature that allows the user to share the data as a simplified visualization on social media.

Background

Independent musicians have a tough time sharing sales data for their successful releases. Not only is the data hard to find and spread across many websites, but it’s often too dry to be interesting to wider audiences. This app aims at consolidating available sales and streaming data and generating a shareable chart that artists can use to promote their music and attract new listeners.
