Clinician Update - Diabetes

I was commissioned to illustrate the cover of Clinician Update, a magazine published by Health Monitor. 

The issue focuses on the subject of type 2 diabetes management. Doctors are able to customise treatment plans for patients, tailored to fit their needs. 

The direction was to portray personalisation of care in a simple and abstract way, so I depicted minimalist figures and used colour to highlight the individual.
