2016 - Customer Loyalty Team - TrueMoney Indonesia

TrueMoney customer service uses the Customer Loyalty Team as a tool application. Monitoring ticket complaints and tracking transaction status in real time are just a few of the capabilities ⏱. This program may also deliver SMS blasts or notifications to a group of users or to individual users ✉️.

The output of this application is a matrix of customer happiness and success rate, as well as a report that can be swiftly delivered to the board of directors 📄.

This web app's design and front end were created by me 🤩. To make it easy for the team to recognize the web app, I designed various brand guidelines for each back-office application 🎨.
