HIS DARK MATERIALS is an HBO/BBC Original Series following the story of a young girl named Lyra, a brave young woman from another world. Lyra’s quest to find her kidnapped friend leads her to uncover a sinister plot of a secret organization, encounter extraordinary beings and protect dangerous secrets.

The previous logo for the series lacked the dimensional, rich, and elegant tone conveyed in the show's opening credits. This refresh introduced the use of customized lettering to serve as the show’s primary word mark in a sculpted gold rendering.
