A complete overhaul of the Kohl’s Help website.
The Customer Service team produced a lot of good content over the years but the pages weren’t getting the love and attention they deserved so we set about fixing that. The content is now organized, responsive and easier to read.

One week after the new design launched page views grew dramatically while also reducing customer service agent chats.
