With "the right information at the right time" as our guiding principle, we were mindful about creating a powerful, multifunctional app without overwhelming users.Our teams collaborated to define new features that would bring additional value to FET users and differentiate the carrier from its competitors. We created the Life Circle section which allows users to redeem points in exchange for food and entertainment rewards.
