Reverb Gift Card Form Float Labels

Trying to make the gift card form very minimal without field labels so it seemed easy to fill out. But since people can move forward a step and come back to change these, field labels are needed to provide clarity when someone returns to an already filled in form to edit something. Hat tip to everyone who pioneered this design pattern.
