Site concept for the world's first floating hotel.

The location of this hotel is very unusual. Not only is it a floating hotel, but it is also located in North Korea 🤯

But that's not all, this is the world's first floating hotel, built in 1988. It was made in Australia, but happens to be in North Korea now.

All these facts are absolutely true, 😰 the only thing I've added to the case is that it still works. Unfortunately since 2008 it has been quietly rusting away on the outskirts of North Korea.
