Travelyn is a flight search engine allowing users to create ‘impossible’ flight connections. They approached us with a list of UX challenges to address. We specified and confirmed them with a UX Audit and Product Design Workshop, to then jump into the design process with a full understanding of Travelyn’s business needs and their users. And today, I’m showing off Travelyn’s completely new feature: a User Account, with its core section “My bookings”. It provides travellers with all the necessary information about the upcoming flight and gives insights into the travel history ✈️
