Messaging Templates and Workflows

The challenge for Inspirus was to reduce the workload of their agents who engage in recruiting prospective students for university. They have an overwhelming amount of emails to respond to so they can help their student through complicated application processes (because every university has a different process). We built emails with custom workflows allowing agents to easily capture and transfer information between their client and the university as well as automating responses when students haven't completed certain tasks.
