Insights Automation
Productboard recently introduced Insights Automation within the Insights board, enabling our enterprise customers to route relevant customer feedback to the right teams automatically.
Within Insights Automation, customers can set up a simple IFTTT (if-this-then-that) rules that automatically tag incoming feedback and/or assign it to the relevant owner based on the content and metadata.
