Distorted Carnation
To further portray my notion in this painting, I choose to do Distortion Art. It is a pink carnation flower, as seen in the image above, that represents gratitude and the concept of never forgetting someone. The warped area of this artwork depicts or makes you picture a flower being swayed by the wind. This flower appealed to me because it reminded me of the people for whom I am most grateful. It's also the first flower I've ever received from someone close to me, my dearest friend.
