I decided to create a half-clock, half-butterfly graphic and then splatter it with coffee to give it a vintage look. I chose to sketch this because it represents hope for me. You might be wondering why, but the explanation is simple. For example, most of the time we feel attached to what we thought was foolishness (broken half clock), but it simply indicates we're getting ready to fly (butterfly) in order to continue pursuing something that will lead us down the proper route and ensure we attain our life goals. I chose the butterfly because it takes time for a beautiful butterfly to fully develop, which I believe represents our life aspirations. We may lose if we rush things in order to be successful, but if we wait patiently for our turn and work hard for our future, we will undoubtedly succeed. “To lose patience is to lose the battle.” - Mahatma Gandhi
