TakeCare – a healthcare mobile app from Teva

Here is the visual concept for Teva - a medicare app that helps users keep their health in check. The app allows users to track 4 types of health measurements - BP, sugar intake, pain, and weight. In addition, users are prompted to track their health with smart reminders.

Teva also allows its users to share their tracking history, along with the analysis of the measurements - with their MDs. This feature significantly helps medical workers keep up with their patient’s health progress and needs. For cases when a patient has two or more caretakers, our app allows for multiple profiles so that the whole family can take care of their loved ones all in one place.
