From B2C to a B2B approach
The New Grocer is very B2C in approach—consumers order directly from their website and proceed to having the orders delivered to their homes.
This campaign was to target businesses, specifically those in the Human Resources department, managers, and those in the C-Suite.
The challenge was angling consumer products into a form of employee retention efforts, or gifts for customers and partners, particularly during the festive season.
