Careers Page Redesign
Our latest redesigns for Shopmonkey was their Careers Page. The careers page is one of the first contact points for potential candidates, so we wanted to present the best possible version of Shopmonkey to inspire prospects. We leveraged content that helps job seekers easily find the information they need and delivered it in a way that encourages them to apply.
Challenges and breakthroughs
Prior to our redesign, the careers page was lacking content that highlighted what it's like working at Shopmonkey. To humanize the company, we included employee testimonials, a careers video, and company perks to give job seekers a sneak-peek into Shopmonkey's epic company culture. We also built out designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure the best user experience.
