Protect Children
Today, over 10 countries are in the midst of armed conflicts. This translates to nearly 200 million children being affected by war in various ways. Some of them are living in conflict zones and experience all horrors of war every day, others are forced to flee to foreign countries to stay safe. That’s a sad reality, which is hard to imagine for most of us.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and we should be committed to protecting them.
On 4 June of each year, the global community joins forces to attract everyone’s attention to the impact of armed conflicts on children and emphasize the importance of addressing the violations of their rights.
We decided to also contribute to raising awareness about these issues and created the artwork dedicated to the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression.
