Nemophila

The word Nemophila means forest of love, it is derived from the Latin word 'nemus' which means grove and the Greek word 'phileo' which means love.  However, there is another name - blue-eyed child.  From late April to mid-May Nemophila covers the entire fields with blue flowers, giving the impression of the presence of the sky on earth.
