THORNED HEART

This is one of the 12 sculptures of the series "Zodiac of Soullessness".

It was inspired by the song "Corazon Espinado" (thorned heart) by Santana.

The sculptures are male busts made of glass with 12 different hearts inside resembling popular believes and sayings related to the feeling of being heartbroken.

The series was done during a period of mourning during the termination of my first marriage.
