Hikin: Madrid #3

I conducted interviews with 6 users to understand their needs. A primary user group identified through research was people who doesn’t know how to find new trails by themselves. This user group confirmed initial assumptions about potential users, but research also revealed that people know new trails by word of mouth. This lead us to the following insight: It is difficult to find new trails without knowing other hikers.

  • Some users are feeling afraid of starting a hike without knowing everything about the trail.

  • Some users are young or live in cities and don't have a proper way to go the start of the trail.
