Music Education Signup Screen

Part of my daily UI exercises: MusEd is a non-profit program that provides free online music education for children in underserved communities. I chose the stock photo since it supports the program's message of music, teaching, and mentorship, while the composition of the photo lends itself to adding text for greater impact.

I also added an icon above the sign up fields for visual interest and to catch users' attention with a "call to music" :)
