Enjoy some screens from a mobile app for managing health data. The app offers a personalized care plan that helps users achieve their health goals.

App users start their journey by completing a personal questionnaire that contains questions about user habits, work-life balance, medication, sleep quality, nutrition, physical activity goals, and more.

Based on the received data, the app generates a care plan tailored to the user’s health needs. The application’s Digital Health Coachplan assigns the user various fitness activities for each day while preparing individual nutrition and wellness plans that the user should adhere to.

The users can track their progress in the app. They can also change their health goals and redo the quiz. The system will process new results and generate a new health score.

We ensured intuitive user experience and clear navigation through all these steps so that the user experience with the app would be as smooth as possible.
