EHR Mobile Screens

Hello! Sharing login, loading, settings and dashboard screens I created for my daily UI exercise. ChartMD (not a real EHR!) is a centralised mobile EHR solution that reduces the time needed to document and access key medical results, saving clinicians precious time.

Key points:

• I tried my hand at logo design with ChartMD

• For the Dashboard screen, I based it on what an internal medicine MD might need to know urgently, e.g. any new lab/radiology results on their patients. Also, they might want to continue working on draft notes they left off while doing their rounds. Clinicians can customize the dashboard to show other 'modules' under settings

• The 'Note' button is also easily accessible from the dashboard, so clinicians can quickly start a new note while doing their rounds/consultations
