Saturday Type Club: Week 26, Tatooine

Better late than never! I wanted to go further with this design, but I ran out of time. I guess that's what the rest of the week is for!

If you're a Star Wars fan. You know how essential Tatooine is for the lore and plot of the story. Tatooine becomes more striking the more you look into its history and centrality to much of the Star Wars story. I could be wrong here, but I think Tatooine, in some form or another, has made its way into a majority of stories told in the Star Wars universe.

The paradox between what Tatooine is to the inhabits of the galaxy and what it means for fans of the Star Wars story is honestly brilliant. To those who inhabit the Star Wars Universe, Tatooine is simply a desert planet with twin suns, and to Star Wars fans, it's where everything started and where the most recent film ended things.

Tatooine is simply one of the coolest places that don't actually exist.
