Booking form for Hairdresser salon appointment

This is a test task.

I did research and analysis, made a user flow, a high fidelity wireframe, and a prototype.

Task:

The problem is that each time there's an inquiry from the website a manager has to contact back to the potential client to ask specifying questions (like checking the calendar, details about the service/procedure etc) and in total it takes a lot of time to go back and forth.

The idea is to create the UI that would make the process seamless: from the moment of filling the form to the moment when the actual service starts (without any other procedures or questions in between).

Analysis:

After analyzing the market, many companies still offer booking time/services via direct in social networks, or you need to leave a number and the manager calls back and talks about prices for services and writes down only by phone, which is not convenient. Also, many companies use the "yclients" widget or its analogues, other solutions are rare. Salons also offer applications, many of which are very similar, their differences are the company's different brand colors. I did a little research among my close people. There are people who like to be called and everything is clarified by phone. Others book everything online, often using salon applications where they are regular customers and have discounts and special offers, or through the site using a mobile phone. Some people faced the problem that when they click the "register" or "book" button, neither a pop-up window, nor a confirmation of registration, nor a short message appears after that, and they called back to the salon to clarify whether the appointment was made or not. Against this background, I realized that I needed to write a short text about registration confirmation. Some would also like to be able to automatically add an entry to the Google calendar instead of doing it manually, as well as receive a reminder message the day before the visit. Also, from the wishes of users, the lack of registration on sites where they are not regular customers. After analyzing this, I added notifications, the ability to add to the Google calendar, and on the last page the registration confirmation text.
