Problem Statement:
Readers worldwide have started consuming more content digitally and ordering books on Amazon. Paperback Exchange does not have a user-friendly website. This is a problem because this results in a decrease in revenue and customers for Paperback Exchange. This is also a problem because it increases the load and stress of workers at The Paperback Exchange.
Goal Statement
By upgrading the existing Paperback Exchange Website, users can place an order for any book online. We will increase the convenience of ordering a book and reduce the user's cognitive load. In addition, we will measure effectiveness by the number of sales and book reserves placed.
