Conifer Place Apartments - Branding, Identity, & Website

For our latest project we got to work with the Conifer Place Apartments property management team on a total brand refresh. We created both a digital marketing and brand game plan that elevated their overall messaging, visual identity and online optics. 

In keeping with their location, Corvallis OR, we made sure to bring focus to the accessibility of the outdoors and all of the unique amenities the property has to offer. We played with whitespace paired with a modern feel to let the warm pops of color and inclusive imagery to really speak for itself. Plus, we had a lot of fun getting to throw some custom hand-lettering into the mix with their logo.

We are so excited about our Oregon expansion and getting the opportunity to work with all the lovely folks down in Portland and the surrounding areas.
