bebbia Customer Portal

The bebbia project required for the subscription model a customer portal with features like wallet, billing and invoice history, customer profile, and data edit. The design of this portal started with the research of sites with similar functions, mostly Paypal and Adobe, to understand how to update user data, how to add a new credit card, eliminate it, and all the email triggers along the process.

The product section differed greatly from these previous benchmarks, so it had more iterations and explorations to add all the desired functions and displayed data that was relevant for the user, and also for Customer Support users, which also have access to this information.
