As a team we've come together and thought of some of the best ways that we look after our wellbeing and manage our stress.The tip for today is to spend time in the natural world. It's a big part of how some of us unwind here. In fact, Craig and Emma in particular retreat to nature whenever they need to mull something over to relax after a particularly difficult day.
