Trailer Browsing and Ticket booking App Design

This is my first app design and it is an online trailer browsing and ticket booking app. I designed it based on the design thinking process framework.

Before enter the design phase, I created user personas, user journey map and problem statement by doing some foundational researches to empathize the users I am designing for.

In the ideation step, I conducted a competitive audit to understand the competitors' strengths and weaknesses which make opportunity to make a better design. Also I created value proposition, big picture storyboard and close-up storyboard.

In the prototype phase, I created paper wireframes, digital wireframes, low-fidelity prototype and tested it by conducting a usability study. After necessary changes made, I started to design mockups and high-fidelity prototype. Also conducted another round of usability study to identify pain points, opportunities, and know whether the app meet users need.

So it was a some long journey for me. And learnt a lot of things as a new designer.
