Concert Promotion

This is a poster to promote a community music event called Open Stages hosted by the Brooklyn Conervatory of Music. While trying out different ideas and sources for inspiration, I came across a beautiful image by @pawel_czerwinski to which I add my own vibrant palette, that spoke of the eclectic lineup for this music event: over 15 stages of music spread across an entire neighborhood representing a very wide spectrum of musical genres. I have enjoyed making my own marbled paper over the years and I am cosmic urban hippie at heart, so this image really spoke to me.
