Paper Doll Design for MTV

Last year we were commissioned by MTV to produce a series of illustrations in support of the 2020 VMAs. We jumped at the chance to work with such a seminal company, and illustrate some truly iconic artists and moments.

As part of the second project for MTV, we produced a series of 6 illustrations for use across social media under the #MTVxHECreative hashtag. These next six illustrations center around six of the most nominated artists over the last decade. We loved being able to work in our trademark style, utilising the paper doll motif that we have become recognised for over the past seven years. It’s no secret that we’re hugely influenced by music at HECreative, so this really was a dream project to work on.
