User persona - Jake

This is a user persona created for a student project while in the General Assembly User Experience Design Immersive. The challenge was to design a feature to introduce Fandango events, an offering beyond their bread-and-butter movie tickets purchasing system.

Jake was identified as a young "connector" type persona with disposable income - a target user type for a new event system that would include group ticket purchasing. I made this persona based on user research including an online survey and guerilla, on-the-street interviews.
