Upvoting/Downvoting Location Amenities

FishAngler app provides data for over 10K bodies of water, much of them public or private lakes. Each water could have amenities that could help an angler better plan their fishing trip, but not knowing what is or isn't available is difficult. They have a database will ever detail, but a lot of that information is old, changed, or done in error. FishAngler decided that user contributions would be a great solution to this, so we designed a way where users can contribute and share with others in the community. Using a voting system, users can make decisions on whether an amenity still exists or not.
